Leaders are not persons who just fire instruction to subordinates what to do and what not they are very much above that.
Mostly people use to say that leaders are born OOOOOhhhhhhhh comeon leaders are definitely not born but leaders are made and I believe anyone through his dedication and hard work can become a successful leader it's just how one brushes up his inner qualities and brings them on surface.

SO any one can be a leader just look inside yourself and find the hidden leader within you.

I think that to be a good leader you must have some skill which you were born with. It's true that the character can be formed during your entire life, but for this you must have a "native baggage".

Totally agree. You have to have a spark from the day you were born and then, during the years, to develop the leader spirit in you. It's like a rose. At first is a bud and then it blossoms. You can have one without the other.

A leader tends, in this world, to be a human, therefore he or she is born. However, it is a combination of environment, education and choices that "MAKE" a leader effective. There are many who become leaders inspite of difficult environmental circumstances, with little education. Ultimately it is the moral fiber of the individual that creates an "good" leader. Even Hitler was "effective" in his ignorance.
