can i join the indian territorial army ?

i'm 15 and a girl. i was born with a heart problem but it was corrected with
surgery. i plan to do engineering.
am i eligible? please help me out.
i'm an indian national, i know i'm not fit for the mainstream, so because, i want to serve my country in this way, i asked about the territorial army, which is for civilians

Any one who has crossed eighteen can join the territorial army provided that he is fit and healthy. Employees can also join and they will be deputed for training and other purposes. On certain occasion, their duties are equal to regular service.
