RE: Can the voting age ever be changed again?
I think these are under age people and also not so mature. I think it should not be.

RE: Can the voting age ever be changed again?
Yes, the voting age can be changed via constitutional amendment. The question of whether or not this should ever happen is a different matter. At 16 or 17 I was a very good student, active in civics and had perhaps a better grasp of morality, ethics and right and wrong. I look back on my 17 year old self, and others of my peer group and people in that age range today and I thank God that I was not and they are not charged with making such weighty decisions at that point in life.

RE: Can the voting age ever be changed again?
I strongly agree with the current voting age. It must be 18. Because it is the age when person can think independently and able to take decision by himself. It should be 18 forever. 16 or 17 is not the proper age for voting.

16 or 17? I don't think that would be a good idea. They're too young to do this thing.

(09-09-2008 07:20 AM)preethy Wrote: would the legal voting age ever be able to get changed to something like 16 or even 17. why? I am not even sure some 30 year olds should be voting...maybe we should remove an age limit and apply an IQ test instead. I think my 13 year old could choose a better president than some of my friends
