There are many talented cricketers in a cricket crazy and second most populous country in the world like India. Most of the talents disappear because they don't find a suitable launch pad in their career.

The best way to kick start you career is to join in some of the academies or clubs. Thats the initial step that you have to take. Playing for academies and clubs will give you more exposure and contacts than playing on the streets. You can take it from there, and you have a good chance to get what you want.

Join any club or be trained under a good coach.

You may have to shift to some metro or your nearest city.Join some first division league playing team. put up the best of your potential through out the league season, secondly find some sponsors in your area. find a good coach preferably a former player or NIS trained coach.
