How can i help my boyfriend quit smoking cigarettes?

Try to divert his attention from smoking by indulging in some cinstructive activities with him

I was also a chain smoker i quit about two years ago. I am telling you my self experience that until unless he him self don't want to quit smoking you can't do anything. well i'll suggest you realize him that he is wasting his money health etc. then my be he can do this.

i don't think so, that we can help anyone to stop the smoking, its the internal feelings or we can say its internal push of anyone to leave this curse..

Help him stop it one step at a time and replace his cigarette with a gum or gummy bear..i think that would help...
