How do I get my hands to stop smelling like garlic?

I was chopping it all day yesterday, and the smell is not going away!

Cut a lemon and rub your fingers with it.

go rub your hand against the back of a stainless steel spoon under cold running water.

Use disposable gloves next time you chop garlic/onions for an extended period of time.

Use soap.

If it doesn't go still,squeeze a lemon in our hands and wash your hands with it.
And darling,if you rub a stainless steel spoon with your hands then the spoon will smell of garlic.

I've had this problem before and a mixture of lemon juice and vinegar seemed to do the trick.

Lemon juice and vinegar are definitely the way to go. But not too much vinegar or your hands will start to smell like vinegar! And use gloves next time...

I do suggest lemon and vinegar then after that you should apply alcohol.
