We do spend a lot of money eating out I will admit. It's just the two of us now, and it hardly seems worth spending a lot of time in the kitchen preparing small meals. But at the same time, I understand that eating and cooking healthy is a must, and some restaurants don't have the right foods.i would really appreciate the work done by you.

We try to minimize our time eating out, perhaps 3-4 times a week right now, and around $200.

It depends on what we are doing during the week. In general I cook for me, my husband and my kids (for a healthy state ), so we spend only on other types of entertainment.
