if the judgement was keep in reserve in the suprem court of india..how many days it will take to reveal the judgement..that is SPL(Civil) case no:18308 ..by APPSC..againest AP high court...plz post u r answers..asap

Both being government bodies in the case cited by you,the judgment is going to take a long time to be released,by which time the matter would probably have received a quiet burial.If it is raked up at a later date,the matter will be referred back to the HC for re examination.Then,
it will go through the process of being referred to a two-judge bench,
then three,after which it will be five and finally a full bench.They do not yet have conference tables,sofas etc.Otherwise we may hear of two man-tables,three,dining.conference etc.after which it will be the sofas.
Now you know why our courts have such a backlog of cases,some as old as even twenty years.
