fill the on-line form at http://www.passport.gov.in and visit to bhikaji cama place passport office individually. if you will get the receipt you will get the passport within 45 days

which part of delhi . In every part of there is a regional passport office. other wise there there is a central office at bikaji kama place which is a better choice since there app. get processed faster.
