Is it safe for the women to work in night shifts

Is it safe for the women in India especially in Delhi, working far during night shifts that require commuting alone in late hours? Our ministers say that it is the responsibility of the women employers also.

I don't think it's very safe for women to work in night shifts and commute alone in the late hours in Delhi. In some safer areas it would be more safe but this situation is not a good one.

It depends on the working place. if other women are working there then i believe its safe among them & if she is only lady then that might be a problem so it depends on situation & work place

yes. i agree with you. women need to work and they can work in night shift if there safe

it`s the resposibily of all society ! not just employers
i worked at a hotel and at nights we had transportation almost to the house.

working in night shift for women would be safe but in delhi i dont think it is so......

Women in general shouldn't really work during the night shifts because it's not safe especially if you use public transportation.

I guess that is is not women bussines. I am sure thasmen should do all this and women think about their familie and take about the stuff that does not need phisical power.

For woman its not safe to work at night but its totally depends upon the place
