RE: Kerala nun scandal
The so called driver of the hospital is a hero and even out smart anyone in sexual irresponsibility.
Can we look at it as a simple thing just happened and ignore it?
A nun who is co-worker is brutally victimized for his own selfish gain. The matter has to be considered so serious that one cannot simply excuse the culprit.
We live in land of peaceful coexistence. Justice, trust and faithfulness are basics of our lives.
The driver enticing a woman of the same firm and coaxing her to sexual intercourse is one of the greatest crimes he committed.
Sexual offence against a woman even if with her consent is a serious offence and it has to be punished as such.
Her integrity is violated not by a stranger but one’s own co-worker increases it seriousness.
He did it in utter violation of the trust the woman has placed in it. Didn’t he?
1. It is a crime
2. Secretly photographing is still serious
3. It was absolutely shameful to circulate it publicly.
What did he gain from such a heinous act against a simple woman? Money? After watching the wickedness to which she was enticed one may feel how a woman can trust a man?
In my view there is a strong case against this perpetrator driver. Because this is against a woman who worked in a hospital and the character assassination of the highest degree was meted out to her.
In moment of one’s own sorrow who will be there , the hospital people, congregation she belonged or the open street?
Since the identities of these people are known to the people who live in and around that area appropriate action has to be taken so that justice will be done to all – to the criminal his due and to the victim her's.
1. Today this woman remain helpless and victimized she may be lost in the unknown to save herself. Is the driver is there to protect and save her? Who pay for her living? She is left dejected, victimized, abandoned. If she is alive today, who is going to account for the trauma and the murder of her character?
2. Therefore justice has to be done to her. Case has to be filed against the driver for rape and a minimum of capital punishment has to be awarded.
3. She needs to get adequate compensation.
4. An element of mercy was due to him if he had done it out of human weakness. But it is evident and purposeful from his part that he secretly photographed the dirty trick on her with a malicious intention of circulating it publicly needs the strongest punishment.
