Farmers are given Agricultural loan. For producing crops crop loans afe given by Banks. Sometimes by natural calamities the crops completely fail or get fully damaged. But they have to repay the loan.But how ? If they are poor and don't have the resource.tehy are almost doomed. At this point the Govt comes to their support.When a poormans is washed by floods, the Govt helps him free food and monetary assistance to rebuild his hut. Similarly the Govt wants to help the poor farmers, WHO SUPPLY FOOD TO THE PEOPLE.Thereby they instruct the Banks to Write off the loan.

I am a farmer, I am having the kisan credit card,i had borrowed loan from allahabad bank ,Rabupura,(District Gautam Budh Nagar) , but now the Central government has launched the Kisan credit card loan waiver scheme . But the bank officials are not coperating and not giving me the no dues certificate. So where can I make complaints regarding this....Its very urgent please help..
