Most Safe sports?

If I think better any sport is not without risks. It's true that some are safer than others. In case of chess, I think that a possible heart attack (if its happens to be a lost game for the chess player ) or even a headache can be a risk.

Yah chess is the safest sports out there. Never heard anyone suffered an injury from chess. But is it just me or:
