I have seen good results from stumbleupon and digg.com but facebook and myspace are not kind of social bookmarking sites these are social media marketing sites, no doubt these sites can be used for multiple purposes.

Facebook and Twitter are the Social networking sites. There are extreme difference between Social networking and Social bookmarking. The popular Social bookmarking sites are digg, delicious, and Slashdot. These bookmarking sites are really helpful to getting traffic.
