I would like to ask you about the advice: what kind of sport should I chose for my children in the future! Which one is worth of doing (income and not a lot of harm)?

It all depends on the disposition of your children and what it is they like doing. Do they love the outdoors or are they inclined to engage in activities that are indoors? These will help you decide on the type of sports to get them involved in.

Swimming could be a good sport. I think swimming skills will come in handy someday. But yeah, try to ask your kids what they want to learn or they're good at.

Its depend upon your children's interest and about their hobbies.But my choices would be go to football definately.

Allow the child to decide first to chose for their own. You can't just dictate it what sports is best for them. Let your child chose what is their favorite. Or try to expose them on different sports and ask them what's their favorite.
