to answer your question christine, no, you will probably not notice any difference what so ever. if you drink milk in moderation, it is actually very healthy.

Also, consider this, if you replace your cow milk with soy milk. soy milk countains anywhere from 13,000 to 22,000 times higher levels of estrogen in it than regular cow milk does, this does little to affect any adult, but it has been linked to under-developed genitals in young boys under 6 months of age.

With milk or without, feeling better is a matter of choice. But since you were asking about milk, OF COURSE I will feel better because I consider myself human and not cow (where milk usually originates)...Cow's milk is for cow, human milk is for human. This is the simplest way to explain this simple question.
